Les Cygnes D'Or Service Policy
By submitting a booking form or agreeing to service via email, you are consenting to Les Cygnes D'Or's service policies outlined below.
Cancellations & Rescheduling Fees
- We require one full business day’s notice to cancel or reschedule any upcoming appointments.
- No cancellation fee applies if one or more business days’ notice is given.
- If less than one full business day’s notice is provided, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
For same-day cancellations or if our cleaning specialists cannot gain access to your home due to:
- No access to the property.
- Lack of water or electricity.
- Presence of rodent or insect infestations.
You will be charged 100% of your appointment cost.

Les Cygnes D'Or reserves the right to cancel any one-time or recurring appointments 24 hours in advance due to emergencies, severe weather conditions, or staffing limitations.
Payments
- Payment details will be finalized via email.
- Clients will be invoiced, and payment must be made via credit/debit card after the service is completed.
Quotes and Invoices
Quotes
- Quotes are subject to change at any time if not formally accepted. There is no guarantee that quoted prices will remain valid indefinitely.
Invoices
- Invoices may be recalculated if information provided by the client during the booking process is deemed inaccurate or incomplete.
- Prices for routine clients and bookings are subject to periodic increases every 1–2 years to reflect market conditions.
Routine Cleaning Rescheduling
If a routine cleaning is skipped or rescheduled, the next appointment will be charged at the one-time cleaning rate.
Cleaning Checklist
- Before confirming your appointment, Les Cygnes D'Or will finalize and confirm the cleaning package with the client.
- Cleaning specialists will only clean areas and perform tasks outlined in the agreed-upon cleaning checklist.
- Clients are responsible for thoroughly reviewing and approving the checklist before service.
Pets
Les Cygnes D'Or is not responsible for pets that leave the property during entry or exit of our cleaning specialists. Please ensure pets are secured for their safety.
Start Time
Our team reserves a 1-hour grace period from the scheduled start time to account for delays. Clients will be notified in advance via email of any delay.
Recent Updates, Renovations, or Additional Spaces
If there are significant changes to your property (e.g., renovations, new pets, or additional family members), we reserve the right to reevaluate the price of our services.
Post-Renovation or Construction Cleaning
- We highly recommend two or three cleaning phases for post-renovation or construction projects to achieve optimal results.
- Dust may resettle after cleaning, and we encourage clients to book a final pass for best results.
- If a final pass is declined, Les Cygnes D'Or is not obligated to provide correction visits for resettled dust.
Satisfaction Guarantee
- Before leaving your home, our cleaning specialists will conduct a walk-through with you (if applicable) to ensure satisfaction.
- If you find any issues within the agreed cleaning scope, notify us via email at contact@lescygnesdor.com within 24 hours, and we will correct the issue(s) within 48 hours.
- Refunds are not provided, but we are committed to making things right within the scope of our agreement.
